Welcome to the Festival de La Chaise-Dieu!
The Festival gives you appointments 18 to 29 August 2010 for the 44th edition that will feature nearly 60 concerts and events.
The
program, Bach (Mass in B minor, Magnificat), Purcell, Handel,
re-creations (Giorgi, Sarri, Zelenka), a cycle Brahms (German Requiem,
symphonies), but Mahler (Symphony No. 5), Ravel, a tribute Chopin, plus Dvorak (Stabat Mater), Schubert and contemporary music.
New: a concert at the Collegiate Church of Saint-Paulien, and the inauguration of a 200-seat auditorium at La Chaise-Dieu!
