Located in Puy-de-Dôme,20 km from La Chaise-Dieu, the church of Ambert has been since 2005 a new concert venue for the Festival. This church is called the « Livradois Cathedrale ». and was built between 1471 and 1550. Its Gothic style reminds Abbey Church of La Chaise-Dieu. This is an ideal place for vocal music.
