General conditions

Each reservation will only be registered once the payment is made and the relevant pieces of information (mainly address) are sent.
Once paid, the tickets will neither be taken back or reimbursed. No duplicate will be supplied.
Tickets are sent until 9th august 2007. From this date, they must be collected in the Tourism Office of La Chaise-Dieu, at the latest one hour before the concert.
Concerts begin at the precise indicated time.
The artistic cast and the program are not contractual. In case of absolute necessity we reserve ourselves the right to modify them, without having to reimburse the tickets.
Access to the concerts is deeply inadvisable for less than 7-year-old children.
Concert places accessible to disabled persons (Church abbey of La Chaise-Dieu, Brioude Basilica, Theatre of Le Puy-en-Velay, Church of Ambert, Hotel of the Department): limited number of tickets, assistance required. Please inform us when booking your tickets, and everything will be made to welcome you on the concert day(s).
